StarNet Telecom functions actively on the market since 2001. During 10-year activity we developed from a small, unknown firm into a company employing about 50 people, that is a leader on the market of telecommunication enterprises.

We render our services each day to over 3,500 companies located most of all in office blocks and shopping centres in 50 cities of Poland. Each our client is handled individually, we prepare an offer specially tailored to his needs and expectations. Apart from the basic array of services we are ready to satisfy even the most specific expectations/wishes of our clients.

The main area of the company's activity is providing comprehensive telecommunication and IT solutions first of all in office blocks and commercial buildings. We base our services on modern technologies and systems of the leading manufacturers. We don't limit ourselves to provide the service, but we also support our Clients from the beginning and through the whole activity time – we help to solve problems and explain telecommunication and IT questions which are often new to the Clients.

We also offer construction and technical support by construction of telecommunication infrastructure in a building. Our maintenance team is a great asset as they are able to identify a problem and repair a defect in very short time (up to 4 hours). We answer to our Clients' new needs on a current basis when we quickly take actions to for example connect new lines. StarNet Telecom takes care of as-built documentation and as the only company introduces later changes, thanks to which documents are kept in order for the whole operation of a facility.

Constructing telecommunication infrastructure
Within cooperation we may take over from the owner investment costs for constructing an entire telecommunication infrastructure with service connections.

Delivery and installation of a telephone exchange
StarNet Telecom may at its own expense install a telephone exchange, i.e. a set of devices providing telephone lines to operate credit card terminals and telephone connections. It enables tenants to communicate with one another and with building administration for free.

Continuity of operation of telecom network
We offer integration of telecom systems with at least two connection points, so that in case of failure of one subprovider's network connections are performed using the other provider's network. Such a solution ensures a convenient use of telecommunication services, in particular credit card services.

Telecom network maintenance
We take over the responsibility for maintenance of a telecommunication network from its owner. Constant monitoring of such a telecommunication system enables to instantly identify a defect and quickly and effectively tackle the problem with the help of our engineers. We guarantee short times of repair as well as connection of new or additional supplies.

Timeliness
StarNet Telecom hold individual negotiations with Tenants in order to chose the telecommunication solution and dates of service connection so that everything is ready before a given facility opens. Connecting the services in a timely fashion is our main quality.

Individual approach to Clients
Every Client and Tenant is approached individually, so that his needs may be taken into consideration and an appropriate model of cooperation developed. Every StarNet Telecom Client has his dedicated Commercial Assistant and may access our Customer Service Centre 24h a day.
