Comprehensive service from the beginning


  • We buy and install a building telephone exchange and devices needed to provide the Internet service;
  • We supply telephone connections to the building from at least two providers of public network;
  • We lead optical fibre to the building;
  • We provide Tenants with access to unlimited connection throughput;
  • We supply and connect telecommunication media in a timely fashion;
  • We provide cable and technical order;
  • We keep technical documentation of wiring and update it on a current basis;
  • Every Client is assigned an individual Commercial Assistant.

 

 

 

 

Service of network built by building owners

 

If the building owner decides upon construction of telecommunication infrastructure on his own then we support the investor with our experience in the scope of network design so that the network guarantees the possibility of providing appropriate services. Within the cooperation we lease cable ducts, internet, and telephone exchange room from the Owner. We perform our work within specified reaction time and in particular we constantly keep cable and technical order inter alia through updating and keeping technical documentation of wiring. We undertake to individually service building Tenants - we assign them an individual Commercial Assistant, choose optimal solutions in accordance with the possibilities and requirements of the Client, directly negotiate and conclude contracts with Tenants and provide technical support so that full stability of the telecommunication system is guaranteed.
