We provide our Clients with full commercial and technical assistance seven days a week. Additionally, our Customer Service Centre employees have good knowledge of buildings for which our company provides assistance and services and thanks to that intervention time and reaction time to any needs is significantly shorter.
We offer our Clients modern solution, which consists in integration of a telecommunication system into two independent connections - these may be radio connection and optical fibre connection or two optical fibre connections. At the moment of a system failure of one of the providers, connections are made through the other provider's network. This ensures continuity of telecommunication services, in particular credit card services, whose proper functioning is a key element of tenants' operation. The risk of failure is significantly larger when using services of only one provider.
We mainly provide Internet access services and telephone services. A particular offer is adjusted to individual needs of our Clients.
