Clients

Our company's most important value is our Client. It is thanks to our Clients that we set new directions of development and constantly strive to provide services of the best possible quality. Each of our Clients is assigned a dedicated Commercial Assistant and has constant access to our Customer Service Centre. Individual approach to Clients and adjusting to their needs and expectations is our distinctive feature.

Timeliness and quality of provided services

One of our priorities is providing services in a timely fashion. We agree on a date of service provision commencement with our Clients and always stick to that date. We minimise failure rates by working only with proven equipment produced by well-known manufacturers. Experience gained over years has enabled us to improve the possibilities of the offered services. We gain trust of our Clients also because of very short reaction times. Our engineers are always at Clients'' disposal, permanently remotely monitoring the status of services, thanks to which they are able to quickly remove any defects.
