Telephony

StarNet Telecom is a fixed telephony and internet telephony provider. We provide services mainly in offices and commercial facilities, however we also have an offer for individual clients for particular housing areas.

In the case of fixed telephones the services are provided by local private branch exchanges (PBX) to which ISDN PRA is connected with numbering of an external provider (TPSA, NETIA, GTS etc.). Internet telephony is based on the SIP protocol and the terminal devices are a deciding factor in the matter of functionality of the service. This way we may offer solutions adjusted to the Client's needs, such as voice announcements, voice mail, fax, e-mail, teleconferences etc.

The basic advantages of using internet telephony are: full cost control, flexibility, possibility to fully manage and administer services, mobility and a virtual office.
